“
Matador MMA is a great gym, the staff and coaches are incredible. I train in the mornings under Coach Anastasia in both nogi jiu-jitsu, and MMA classes. She is an amazing instructor who focuses on developing your skills while stressing proper techniques.

I have been doing Muay Thai for about 5 months now, and it’s been amazing. Lots of exercises and inspiration not forgetting the cardio training. If someone needs brutal workout then it’s the right place.

“
best gym of the GTA, the best coaches, they have so much patience, they teach the technique properly and also prepare you for the fights by giving you all the support needed. The team is like a family and we all help each other getting better and better. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I love this gym. The energy and the staff are amazing. The venue itself is beautiful and hygienically clean. The trainers are fabulous. They know what they’re talking about. You get a really good workout and the people that come to this gym create a really nice social feel.
