What ages can join Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Do I need experience to start Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
No previous martial arts experience is needed to begin. Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program introduces fundamentals with coaching suited to your experience level.
What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu?
Gi Jiu-Jitsu uses a traditional training uniform and includes grips on the jacket and trousers. No-Gi training uses grappling clothing instead of a gi and does not rely on those clothing grips. Check the class listing and confirm clothing requirements before your first session.
